- Throughout his career, he has advised on and executed over $40 billion worth of infrastructure and real estate transactions.
Christopher Iannacone

- Christopher Iannacone is an infrastructure executive with more than 20 years of engineering and construction experience on mission-critical projects.
- Prior to joining AIB, he served as Director of Project Management at Amazon, overseeing development and deployment of more than 3GW of completed data center capacity.
- Over the course of his early career, he served in various operations and engineering positions at BD Engineering, Becht Engineering, and ATC Electrical Contracting Corp.
Gary Heitz
VP of Sales
- Gary Heitz brings 25+ years of enterprise sales and business development experience across digital infrastructure and technology.
- Most recently, he served as Sales Director at Cologix, closing transactions for large hyperscale deployments across North America.
- Earlier in his career, he held senior sales roles at Google and Dell, where he built a proven track record of sales execution.
Pierre DuBois
Vice President of Public Affairs
- Pierre DuBois is a public affairs leader who has led community engagement and permitting on more than 10 GW of energy and data center projects.
- Prior to joining AIB, he served as Director of Strategic Campaigns at Tigercomm, a public affairs firm focused on clean energy and data center development.
- Earlier in his career, he held roles at NextEra Energy Resources and Treaty Oak Clean Energy, and served on Capitol Hill in the office of Rep. Kay Granger.
Alexander Ocello
Strategic Advisor
- Alex Ocello is a data center executive with more than 20 years of experience driving sales, leasing, and commercial growth across large-scale digital infrastructure platforms.
- Prior to joining AIB, he served as Vice President of Sales at Digital Realty, one of the largest publicly traded data center platforms.
- Earlier in his career, he served in various sales positions at CoreSite and Comcast Business.
Jolienne Halisky, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
- Jolienne Halisky brings 20+ years of financial leadership experience across companies in the technology, energy, manufacturing, and real estate spaces.
- Prior to joining AIB, she served as a fractional CFO and held senior finance leadership roles with organizations including Weatherford and Siemens Energy.
- Halisky holds the CPA designation and has extensive expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic planning.
