Jerry Tang is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience across global banking, real estate capital markets, and digital infrastructure. Prior to founding VCV Digital and leading AIB, he held senior leadership positions at Natixis, where he led real estate and sponsor coverage activities. Throughout his career, he has advised on and executed over $40 billion worth of infrastructure and real estate transactions.

Hongfei Zhang has been on the AIB board since March 2026. He chairs the Compensation Committee and sits on the Audit and Nominating & Corporate Governance Committees. Since 2012 he has been Managing Partner of Knightsbridge Investment Group, a private equity and venture capital firm. He also co-founded HEY Capital, which invests in commercial mortgage-backed securities. He chairs YoujiVest Technology and is Vice Chair of the Tsinghua Entrepreneur and Executive Club. Earlier, he was Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer at Dexia Group (2002–2012) and a Vice President at Deutsche Bank. Before that he taught at Ball State University and UT Austin and was a research fellow at Argonne National Laboratory. He holds a PhD in mathematics and is a CFA charterholder.

Danny Nelson is an entrepreneur and financial services executive with nearly 40 years of experience in financial advisory, employee benefits, wealth management, professional sports and public company leadership. He is the Founder and CEO of Nelson Financial Services. He has also built Nelson Financial Group Inc. and Nelson Sports Division, which advise businesses, families and professional athletes on employee benefits, retirement planning, investment management and wealth preservation. Through Nelson Sports Division, he advises athletes and coaches in the NFL, NBA, MLB and NCAA. Danny was previously CEO of Signing Day Sports, a technology company with a digital platform that connects student-athletes with college recruiting programs. There he led the company’s strategic growth and capital markets activities. After Signing Day Sports merged with AIB Data Centers, he joined the AIB Board of Directors in March 2026. He brings experience in corporate strategy, capital formation, investor relations and public company governance.

George Chuang chairs AIB’s Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. Since 2017 he has been CEO of Lucy Labs, Inc., a cryptocurrency proprietary trading firm. He also advises crypto finance startups. His earlier career covered private equity, venture capital, technology hardware, and equity sales and trading in Asia and the US. He previously sat on the board of Kaival Brands (NASDAQ: KAVL). He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Mohammad Hasham chairs AIB’s Audit Committee and is its designated audit committee financial expert. He also sits on the Compensation and Nominating Committees. He is Partner and West Region Leader for CFO Advisory & Capital Markets at CohnReznick LLP. Before that he was a Managing Director at Grant Thornton and Director of Technical Accounting at BDO USA. He is also a board advisor to Acclara AI. He is a US CPA and a Canadian CPA, CA, CMA, and holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
